Mom and Baby on the Mat
Join Olivia and I each month for Mommy and Me Yoga!
This class is designed for both mom and baby! (Pre crawlers) All levels welcome with an emphasis on beginner postures/stretches.
Mommy and Me Yoga is a wonderful way to support your baby’s growth while enjoying quality time together! During class, our poses and stretches will help you (Mom) to release tension from sleepless nights and nursing, build strength, and regain mobility. We’ll also do gentle stretches with our little ones to enhance flexibility, range of motion, and support motor skills and coordination.
Come as you are - baby can be sleeping, feeding/nursing, playing and can join you on your mat when they are ready! Each mom who registers will receive a 20+ page e-book to continue your practice at home with baby.
**The location is accessible for strollers, lots of free parking, and room for carriers. A mat and props will be provided for you.**
Since becoming a mother, my yoga practice has given me mental and physical strength as I navigate this new chapter of my life. I look forward to sharing this practice with you.
