
Hey, I’m Lauren!
When I first came to my yoga mat, I was seeking calmness in my life.
The journey of inner work, inner love, patience, understanding and letting go of the expectations I have put on myself for far too long, has been one of the most daunting journeys I could have embarked on.
& there is no end to this inner exploration. Only more love, more compassion and more patience.
In this exploration of truth and self love, my mat has brought me to a place where I can truly surrender and simply be. This is my safe haven, my connection to myself and something greater. My physical body changes when I arrive on my mat. My energetic body changes when I arrive on my mat.
And my mission, my passion is to share that with you.
Having spent 3 years in Costa Rica, and the last decade, travelling and working with profound leaders, join me as I share these medicines and healing modalities in our practice to explore, inquire, and discover your bliss. Together, we will connect with breath and movement, traditional Vinyasa Flows, while incorporating prana, mantras and modifications to meet your bodies needs.
In my experience, the significance of holding space has truly become more clear and important to me. To feel held, supported, to feel seen and heard. We all know this feeling of an amazing class, the kind where you don’t only feel your physical body pushing to new limits but your heart and soul has had a profound awakening.
My aspiration is for you to take your experience of yoga off the mat, and embody what this practice means for you in your life. To reconnect with your purpose, your highest self and to breath deeply, fully.
So, my question to you is;
To be here, in the now.
Fully experiencing this moment.
Free from any weight of the past
And any anticipation of the future.
Just free.

Karmic Yoga Program
For over a decade, giving back to the community through volunteering has been a priority for Lauren.
In Costa Rica, Lauren volunteered for two non-profit domestic animal welfare organizations. Their focus is on providing foster homes, medication, castration clinics, and community outreach programs for pet owners to connect with resources and information they need to care for their pets.
